Privacy policy

Aniimo Index is a free reference site. We do not ask you to sign up, and we do not build a profile of you. We do not sell your data to anyone.

The site is plain, pre-built HTML. We do not run our own account system, comment system or tracking pixel. Our host records normal web-server information for every request, which is standard for any website:

• Your IP address, shortened or hidden by the host where possible.
• The page you asked for and the time you asked for it.
• Your browser and device type, as your browser reports them.
• The page that sent you here, if there was one.

This information is used to keep the site online, to measure how busy it is, and to block abuse. It is not used to identify you.

The site itself does not need a cookie to work. Some settings you pick, such as an open or closed filter panel, are kept in your own browser storage on your device. They never reach us.

Advertising and measurement partners, described below, may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. The site still works without them.

We plan to show ads from Google AdSense to pay for hosting. When ads are on:

• Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your earlier visits to this and other sites.
• You can turn off personalised advertising in your Google Ads Settings.
• If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, a consent notice will ask you before any non-essential cookie is set.

We may use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to count page views. It reports totals, not people. We do not join that data to anything else.

The site is a game reference and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

• Clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
• Turn off personalised ads in your Google Ads Settings.
• Use a tracker blocker. Nothing on this site will break.
